Recap: World Environment Day 2024

It is a wrap…

Thanks to all the participants that make this another successful session in the annual World Environment Day that we use to review and discuss our actions toward making this great Planet Earth great.

Special thanks to @TravellerG for pulling this crowd and all the coordination.

@Anil6969 Bhai yours is a special one. first Happy Birthday once more and thanks for taking your time to explain in details using your mother tongue to convey the message. I really appreciate.

A lot was discussed during the session where Local guides explained how they are doing their best to save the environment by planting trees, reducing the use of plastics and many sustainable ways.

This years theme and overall message is “Generation Restoration”

Yes we are the generation that believe we can do it and many times it has been proven by doing many restoration projects where there was no hope and it works and works well.

So, its never late to restore our dear planet for our good and the future generation.

Lets always keep in mind what it needs to be done in making sustainable and positive impact to our environment.

Thanks once again for taking part in this.

Due to the limit of tags I cannot tag you all ; there was total of 27 Local Guides that participated. @AjitThite @Gurukrishnapriya @mohanghyar @ShailendraOjha @PrasadVR @Nithya12 @PrinceKumar1 @SushantShukla Thanks for your contribution.

Looing forward for another productive session.

Regards.

hi

Recap: World Environment Day 2024

It is a very good effort that we all can take such a step that a nature camp can be organized for those who want to be close to nature during vacation or a nature study camp can be organized inside a school, within which we have to start with the children. If children understand then elders will understand and if elders understand then all people will gradually understand for this we have to inspire younger people i.e. children than older people.

Many organizations are working in this regard and such beautiful activities are taking place in many cities of India. If you want to know how more can be done in this, I have a plan, then you can contact us.

Special thanks to @TravellerG

Thank you very much for the opportunity to support and co-ordinate our fellow LGs for this very meaningful session, dear friend @Sagir

According to me, there were 32 participants and stably we had maximum LGs, throughout…

I believe that we should create more awareness using such missions and inspire more people to join such global movements.

It was a pleasant surprise to learn that you can understand Hindi! Congratulations! We are proud of you.

Once again appreciating and thanking for conducting such a valuable meeting and publishing this interesting recap.

Of course, our dear @Anil6969 is our core team member who is vital for all such meetings - once again I thank him for his excellent dedication.

Our @PrasadVR and @ShailendraOjha too did a wonderful support.

Many other Indians were also very active and contributed to this great meeting…

Thanks & regards to you all… dear @Ptrivedi @Praniketmore @ShubhamWaman @Shubhu1 @Sagarkanherkar @Mukund_hirpara
