Donate blood and save lives because blood can not be created in lab, only donation from human is the only sources of blood. Hi from India and I am very happy to know you have been donating blood for last 11 years and I would like to give you thanks @Sagir from the bottom of my heart for the great work.
Great initiative @Sagir Bhai, I love your passion and efforts to help humanity by different fantastic initiatives.
I usually donate blood, almost after every 6 months. Because I have a huge friend circle and family too, and I m member of a Local Blood donation organization, so often I receive calls for blood, so if I donated blood a month ago, I refer anyone else who is willing to donate blood.
Did you know that one of our Connect Moderators, @Sagir , is passionate about blood donation, too? He even hosted a meet-up on World Blood Donor Day 2021! You can learn more about it in his recap where I’m merging your post. You might want to join some of Sagir’s future meet-ups.
Since you’re new to Connect, feel free to tell us more about yourself in our monthly Introduce Yourself thread, and learn more about Connect in this guide.
At my place in Malaysia…people keep donating their blood every day…luckily during this Movement Command Order in Malaysia…there are still many people willing donate their blood to whom will needed.
And not forgotten to the event sponsorship and support from a big company like McDonald’s and persons around Malaysia.
Donating blood is very important, and even though it takes just some minutes, it helps saving many lives. I try to donate every year and encourage people to do so too. I would love to host a blood donation meet-up some time
