WALKTHROUGH OF YOGIC CULTURE[RECAP]

21st April ,2020 from 5pm to 6.30pm, a milestone in Local guide platform ; there were about 36 attendees registered for the Meet-up, for a WALKTHROUGH OF YOGIC CULTURE , during the covid-19 lockout period LGs managed to spare time for this Meet-up, thankful l to you all, we have attendees from Mumbai, Qatar, Indonesia, Kerala, Tamilnadu and other places, some of them left soon, because of their work engagement, and some were remained till we disconnect the meet-up link, It was really a mind blowing experience, we could conduct the whole virtual meet-up as per our agenda, concluded the meet-up sharp by 6.30 pm. Mr. Steve.TG, and Riyas, yago, faisal, Praveen, Rosy kohli,Devi, Rajan,sumeet,Pramod,john peter,Raju, Arun,Sreeradh Krishna,Nasir,Prathamesh, avtively participated through out, Stephan, TG, and Riyas took lot of pain in supporting me through out the meet-up, I take this opportunity to thank them from the bottom of my heart.

As per the agenda I could explain and demonstrate some basic steps of Laghu pranayama , (the breathing techniques) there were five different types of laghu Pranayama, and Anuloma Viloma in lotus position. Some of the attendees were practicing yoga for a long, and their feedback and support really encouraged me. 180 minutes of meet-up was supported by all, and I feel I could perform well, up to the satisfaction of all attendees, and could learn something new from other participants also, every bit of knowledge is valuable for me, and the feedback given by my friends were amazing.

Time :as per hatha yoga Every inhale and exhale take upto 4 sec in total as far as an average adult is concerned, 1 ½ sec for inhale and 2 ½ sec for exhale, so total 15 breath in and breath out, in one minute, In one hour 900 breath in and breath outs, per day you can save minimum15 minutes by practicing one hour yoga, so one month counts 15*30=450 minutes , that much minutes can be added to your life span allotted by the grace of God.

Benefits : Your immune system, capacity of lungs or functioning of respiratory system, functions of heart can be strengethed ( amidst of covid-19 lock down, immune system has a considerable role) .

Advice: Try to find good in every present situation, though it had a drastic opposite side, understand the power of now, everything is being executed in present only, even if we plan in future. Past and future are not existing only present is existing, so there is no point in hooking with your past experiences, let the bye gone be bye gone. Hope for the future are the existence of our self, though future is not existing. Start the journey to the self .
