Oh what a lovely time we had on 5th May at this Local Guides Street Art Meet-up!
I have been an avid street art photo collected for past few years and I took the opportunity to bring India’s largest Art District to Local Guides through a virtual meet-up! I had hosted a offline walk with same theme for the love of street art in 2019 and you can read a recap about that meetup here
Our Virtual meetup was equally exciting! I shared my stories of watching the murals being painted & pictures of half made murals & their artists in action! There were so many walls to talk about but I cheer picked 12 walls for a detailed preview & 10 others to just look at!

I want to thank you everyone who came to this meet up especially the ones from other countries such as @Dreamcatcherka, @JaneBurunina Was so glad to bring you India’s best kept murals to your computer screens through this virtual meetup.
Shout out to @PaulPavlinovich for attending it after sneaking out of a meeting lol & @AjitThite for choosing this meet up as his first ever!

It was a thrilling experience for me and the way you took all of us for the ride through it was just awesome and shows your passion for the subject.

I learned a lot about Street art in India and enjoyed colorful murals in Delhi in your virtual tour!
And I want to say, your meetup was one of the most interesting and informative virtual meetup that I attended during this quarantine period.

I acknowledge and thank you for making me part of this wonderful meetup. This was one of the most unique virtual meetups I’ve ever attended. You hosted the event in a proficient manner and every one of us had an indeed amazing time learning from each other and providing our inputs in an interactive way. Your love and passion for travelling and exploring clearly reflects through your interesting stories and informative experiences that you share with us. The best part about the street arts and the murals is that when you go behind them and visualize what they could mean from a naked eye perspective, they provide you with direct messages and unspoken thoughts about what their artists want to convey, thus depicting their emotions. I would also like to say that if it was not for these beautiful artworks and designs on those hefty walls, this area would have really appeared as bland. I must also highlight that artworks should remain accessible to everyone, all thanks to this open-air art gallery concept implementation. I really enjoy reading your posts and would also love to join your future expeditions, if offered an opportunity. Looking forward to seeing you in future meetups. Also, thanks for uploading the full meetup recording which will enable me preserve your valuable travel experience for myself and share the same with my loved ones. Cheers…!!!

I really enjoyed this meet-up @Explore_Keshav not just because of the people, some familiar some new, but also because of the way you took us on a tour of the places you knew, told us about the art works and in some cases introduced us to the artists. Fantastic to be given this treat. Thank you.
