My second virtual meet-up on Virtual Taste of Desserts held today. Initially, there was a technical problem with sound, so I do apologize to all the attendees for their inconvenience. I presented photos on several desserts that are eaten in Bangladesh.
My first presentation was on the common ingredients that are commonly used to make various kinds of desserts. These ingredients are very much simple and easily found. I presented some photos of sugar and jaggery.
My second presentation was on the popular dessert of Bangladesh: vermicelli. I described how to cook and what you need to cook this. I also presented different types of vermicelli cooked in Bangladesh.

After vermicelli, I presented another dessert: Payesh. I described the recipe and how it is served before the guests in Bangladesh.

Then my presentation was on another sweet dessert: Jorda. It is very colorful and the attendees liked its color.

My next presentation was on various kinds of sweetmeats that are found in Bangladesh. I described and presented photos on Chomcom, Roshgolla, Roshmalai, Shondesh, and Pillow sweet.

Finally, I presented sweet curd, Barfi, and Sweet Pasta. After this, the presentation was finished. From the attendees, Mak5 presented very nice and colorful Suji Shondesh and Daal Shondesh which made the meet-up a complete one.
