PrasadVR took the participants though the slide presentation covering the details about Hybrid Meet-up. He covered in details what is Hybrid Meet-up, why it is required to have and how to organize and execute such meet-ups.
PrasadVR explained the challenges and suggested best practices to follow while conducting Hybrid meet-ups.
We also suggested to have a useful checklist while planning for the Hybrid meet-ups including but not limited to carrying useful gazettes and having a host partner (recommended).
TravellerG also echoed on Host partner aspect and emphasized on the promotion of meet-ups to have good attendance during the Hybrid meet-ups.
The forum was open for discussion and seeking inputs. It was discussed that why the meet-ups need to be planned in advance.
Meet-ups should be considered as formal event and not an ad-hoc activity.
Once again, I (Prasad VR) and @kumaarsantosh would like to extend our sincere gratitude to spend time with us for discussing the challenges and best practices. It was indeed a great learning session for all of us.
