[Recap] Virtual Hindi Antakshri meetup (Vol. 3)

Meetup Date: May 17, 2020

It was a fun unlimited meetup with singers from the past two meetups. All singers were ready to perform on the set after Vol. 2 and were requesting for another part. It is 26 May and today we had hosted the 4th part when I am writing this recap thread. As usual there were 4 teams in this meetup, with 6 members in each.

Meetup controllers @AmbrishVarshney & @Alphee

This was the toughest meetup ever hosted by me as we got a new controller. The meetup started at its on time and we were waiting for more to join and finally we were 28 to form few teams. A few of them were the audience and were not ready to sing so creating 4 teams was a good idea.

Here are the rules provided by the controller dept.

  1. No one can open mic unless asked to do so
  2. A player will be singing few correct songs in Hindi language (Round 1)
  3. The controller will be choosing a member of the team who is not singing songs
  4. The controller will be giving a word to a team to include it and sing a song.

All were on equal till the 1st round but everything changed after this round and here are the scores.

As per this chart my team and the team of @TPattanaik played a tie but in the last round we lost to him.

Winner of this meetup was the team of Tpattanaik

A huge thanks to Erna from the USA for attending the whole meetup without understanding any single word.

Antakshari version Meetups are just awesome, @deepakjhic bhai. Enjoyed a lot in the Vol 3, bhai. Even after attending Vol 4 of the Antakshari version today, looking forward to the upcoming Antakshari versions, bhai.

@deepakjhic Thanks for this recap as this one I remembered @TPattanaik Ji team won however there was tough fight we enjoyed the entry of @Alphee prior to that environment was different she made HULCHUL in the mahool

How did I miss such a fun meetup, I wonder! I shouldn’t have missed it. When are you planning for a fourth round? Please let me know. I want to join you guys. Thank you for sharing the fun @deepakjhic . Can’t wait for the next round.
