Enabling reporting profile feature. When a profile is reported, Google maps team can check it and delete the unrelated and spam content.
The process of approving the edits should be expedited.
Make more more local guides aware about reporting spams.
It’s an community driven initiative which can help a millions if fed with right information and used properly. It’s really sad that people use it for ulterior motives. I hope that more and more local guides like @rajuroyal will start reporting spam.

You are doing a fantastic work, because I believe it will helps thousands of people. Because of spam, anybody can be misguided. So it’s an another great initiative by you and my other Indian local guide friends that you are indicating and flagging the wrong informations.
