[RECAP] Spam Free Maps Photo Walk - Ramganj

Dear Local Guides!

Assalamualikum, Hope everybody is well. It is very difficult to organize a meetup in this corona pandemic. Even then a limited extent we have completed a meetup.

This is a recap of the meet-up I have organized on 12th September 2020. It means in this meetup we were supposed to filter out the spam/inappropriate materials, such as spammed photos, spammed/inappropriate reviews, spammed videos, places, etc.

I am attaching a few pictures collage during the meetup.

The target of this meetup was to report spam content from maps, Add missing places and maintain the quality of maps. The meetup started at 3 P.M in Ramganj Bus Stand, Ramganj (An Upazilla of Lakshmipur district)

Local guide @FoysalBD joined the meet-up. Thank you so much for his joining.

We started going through the locations in maps and report spam contents like selfies, personal photos, irrelevant videos. We observed that there is a lot of spam content in maps in maximum places of our locations. We tried to report some of them. But, there are many more spam contents in maps. We added so many missing places and photos, here are someplace list -

7. One minute sweets
8. Ramganj Municipality Office
9. তাজ মেগা শপ

Before evening time we ate some sweets at One minute sweets. We discuss how we can get rid of spam.
