Saturday 11 April we had the first Dutch virtual Mapping Meetup, with in total 13 participants.
We have spent 2 hours meeting and know each other. It was a Dutch-speaking meetup, but most participants were from Belgium 
.
It was fun to know each other and discuss specific differences between the Dutch language used by the Belgian LGs and the LGs from the Netherlandsā¦
Some interesting things and tips that we could share were:
- Update doctor practices and make it specific for their expertise
- Restaurants are sometimes too generic and differences between a take-away and a Greek restaurant is very helpful
- The same applies for sports clubs, so people can search for soccer club, etc.
- Be aware that especially during these Corona days, businesses go bankrupt and can be removed from the map permanently.
But most important, it was fun and we try to do this from now on, on a quarterly basis!!
