Thanks to everyone who shared some love with us during these uncertain times and joined our (Open Source) video chat “Virtual Pub” meetup on Saturday 28th March 2020 for some Fun’Lovin catching up conversations, sharing some of your sad, life adjusting and hilarious COViD related stories, and of course, endless åLçÖhÖLz from everyone’s own “LockDown” bar. :beers:

We had carousers from Belgium, Greece, Germany, South Africa, Poland & UK (London and Clitheroe).

@KristofVaneeck has taken us on a virtual tour of his street in Belgium at 20:00 (Belgium time) where his neighbourhood were cheering for all the carers and key workers with music and illuminations.

Finishing our five-hour video-chat with a virtual Pub Quiz based on “Life, Music & Films” … and even though we were so far apart it brought us all so close together! :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

It was FUN, nice and I so happy to see everybody in their local (pub) :joy: . I just don’t want to remember the drink @IrenaS was drinking, awful it seems. Greetings and thanks for the meetup, until next time!

… Personally i can’t see anything wrong with the Salted Caramel Pastry Stout. ?

Yeah @IrenaS

This rocks. It was a funny (while for me only several minutes) evening. It is difficult to go to the virtual pub, when the family is there and no dance floor will open :wink:

Thank you very much for hosting and the new app I did use.

I do like this part of the special circumstances more and more :beers:
