Recap: Night Festival 2019 Photowalk at Singapore

Night Festival Singapore returns, and here we go for our favorite photowalk event of the year!

If you missed it out, you can still head down next weekend or else wait for 2020!

Here are some cool photos from the night.

Night Festival is all about art, light displays, creativity, and it doesn’t disappoint in that aspect. Here we have a series of lovely colorful LED doors that change colors, making for great photos.

Here we have trees and museum structures lit up by projectors, accompanied by music and light displays. You can see the huge crowd watching the show.

Something new this year is the Armenian Street Food Village. Wow it’s such a nice corner, and you can get apple cider and snacks for when you’re hungry. There’s also a live band and flea market shops. Much more fun and interactive.

Here’s my super Local Guide power as I bring the group to see this very hidden Armenian church with an eerie light up. It’s so out-of-the-way that most visitors are not aware of it.

Here’s the Singapore Local Guides gang, with @Minggg , @Pedi

Lastly, this year the organizers put up QR codes linking to a MyMaps of the festival layout! That’s such a cool use of the maps.

It is easy to use, zoomable and loads fast on the phone.

That’s all! See you guys next time round!
