It was great connecting with my friends after 9 months.
This meet was aimed at refreshing our memories on best way to help small businesses around Gombe and at the same time to revibe Gombe local Guides community.
The meet up started as scheduled, I was joined by @Detective_Sulyman which he is the founder of the community. We had lengthy discussions and we were later joined by @RosyKohli who share with us how she helped local businesses within her community during the lockdown. Thanks Mam Rosy for joining us.
We also planned to have great Food Crawl as I’m planning to go to Gombe for my vacation.
We want to showcase the staple foods of Gombe. (Details later.)
The meet up ended as planned after 1 hour.
Thanks all for joining us…
Special appreciation goes to Rosy mam and @Nissa Isma.
Well done @Sagir . Happy you had a successful meetup and you had a couple of things to do in your bucket list. I’m waiting for the staple food posts to come up soon.
My favourite food is “Fura da Nono” a locally made yoghurt.
For the staple food, we have about 7 or more tribes in Gombe and each have their own. So I will not mention any one now. But dont worry we will unveil them soon…
