Saturday evening was lovely in Birnin Kebbi and the Harmattan cold is just beginning to phase out.
Our meetup location was ready and our now local guides started tripping in.

We had an orientation session where discussed extensively about how the Local Guide program works and our aim of taking 1000 business online through the program.

We rounded up with Q&A session before proceeding for a demostration at Chevics Photolab. Thus, the journey of a registering a 1000 SMEs begin with a single one (my quote :grin: ). We believed we have ignited the local guides community and hope to accomplish thee task.

It was nice connecting with people in my community seeking to use technology to solve some of our basic challenges.
I say a big thank you to the local guides for accepting and attending the meetup.

@dwwnigeria congratulations on your successful meet-up n Kebbi. This is quite impressive, knowing that you intend to help your community based businesses leverage Google Maps.

Brinin Kebbi is quite interesting when it comes to weather. I hope the harmattan recedes sooner. I once lived in Sokoto.

I wish you success with that project.

Please, also take note of the business premises with accessibility as it will allow both able and differently abled citizens patronize them.
