Recap- Indra Sarovar Photo Walk

Hello Local Guides !

Indra Sarovar Photo Walk was successfully completed on December 30, 2017.

" Indra Sarovar is also known as largest man made lake in Nepal constructed at the deep gorge between Markhu and Kulekhani Village development committee. It was built by the Kulekhani Hydro Project and it is 7km long lake. "

Three of our Local Guides (Niraj Bhusal, Samit Ghimire and Abhishek Pandey ) started our travelling through Kathmandu with 3 hours ride from Bike through Pharphing Road. We reached Bhimphedi (Bhimphedi, is a village located in Makwanpur District of Narayani Zone of Nepal. This VDC is known for its bajar.) at 11:45 AM, took some snacks and stared collecting photos, adding places and so on. Our Meetup was divided into following parts:

Photo Walk:

We visited three different places to collect photos.

  1. Kulekhani Dam
  2. Indra Sarovar Pond
  3. Markhu

We collected photos of these places including 360 photos which was taken by me using LG 360 cam. Also, we added new places including hotels , temples shops, etc. We returned back from there through Chitlang road on 5:00 PM and reached Kathmandu at 8:00 PM.
