12 Local Guides, including me, participated in the meetup held on 27th January, 25 at Bhagwati Shikshak Prashikshan Mahavidyalay, Gangapur City, Rajasthan. After the introduction round, I briefed them about supporting micro and small business initiatives on Local Guides Connect. After the discussion, we learned that all of us were mostly consumers of micro and small businesses. So it’s more easy to support them. Then after we went to the nearby market and checked some businesses. Most of the businesses were already on maps. We added a few that were missing e.g. a General Store, and corrected the location (For example Temple). During the meetup, we also explored nearby heritage points that are not popular but still exist as heritage. One of them was a damaged gate. This gate was a part of the walled city Kushalgarh, which was established here during the 18th century.
