It is exactly 1245pm when I arrived the Lagoon Hospital Apapa in preparation for Hospital Edit Walk: Apapa
While waiting for other guides to join me, I meet the receptionist at the Lagoon hospital seeking permission to take pictures of the facility; but it was turned down that the hospital director is not around whom will be the one to give the permission.
I left disappointed; I continue to wait for others to join me but no one show up.
At about 0150pm; I left the meeting point since no one show up.
As usual I did not feel discouraged, I continue as planned moving around to discover and edit places on the map around the Apapa area with preference to Hospitals and emergency centres.
I was able to found another Hospital in the area; Apapa General Hospital. it is operated and manged by the state government.
That is where I rounded up because my break time is over. It was exactly 0230pm.
