Event day was nice weather in Cumilla although now winter season. Last Sunday 31Ist of January 2021. I have organized a #HelpsSmallBusinessess-2- Helping Village Local-Haat-Bazar in Gauripur, Cumilla. We shart our event at 10 Am and ending at 12.00 with the Bazar area tour.
Step-1. Knowledge Sharing: Let’s visit this market area event time. We have added missing places, adding photos, fixing wring information of different business places. I teach a few small local businesses how to do the mapping. We also advise different business owners about how to add a business on Google maps.
Step-2. Check the fact: Any business measure will succeed if you have the right information. To this end, we go to different places on foot walk and collect live information on the use of GPS/Map Location. We check to live everywhere to get accurate information. I call/Location/GPS Pin (Lat: and Lng:) to verify the mobile number information.
Step-3. Reporting: Many people upload their personal photos in different places without realizing it. Many Map ID users have been spamming for a Long time. We report against them. I did not give the spammer links due to confidentiality.
Step-4. Mapping:There are many opportunities for mapping in remote village areas. During the event time, I connect/Pin the POI (Add places/Edits missing place/fixed information/Add photos) to Google Map. We also advise different business managements about verification with Google and we welcome small business owners to take advantage of online Google My Business. The list is published below:
Note: It is very difficult to go to remote areas of the village and do the mapping. Especially there is no mobile phone internet connection. Mapping time will take a lot of time to work.
Special Note: The event is supposed to be the organizer on January 31 ist. But due to my family problems, I was forced to do the event on January 30th-2021.
অনেক সুন্দর কাজা করেছেন @Mohammadalauddin ভাই। আমার যাওয়ার ইচ্ছা ছিল তবে আমি তখন কেবল বরিশালের একটা মিটাপ শেষ করে ঢাকায় ফিরেছিলাম বলে সময় বের করতে পারি নাই। তবে সামনের কোন মিটাপে আপনার পাশে অবশ্যই আমাকে পাবেন। আর মিটাপগুলোতে স্থানীয় লোকাল গাইডদেরকে আরো বেশি আনতে হবে। কারণ আপনি যখন ওখানে থাকবেন না তখন ওরাই এই কাজগুলো করবে। সুন্দর রিক্যাপের জন্য অনেক ধন্যবাদ।
আপনাকে যতই দেখি ততই মুগ্ধ হয়ে যাই. আপনার উৎসাহ আমাকে নতুন করে কাজের প্রতি এনেরজি যোগায়. ঠিক আছে আপনি আগামীতে আমি মিটআপ কল করলে সেখানে উপস্থিত থাকার চেষ্টা করেন ইনশাল্লাহ.
কুমিল্লায় Small Business নিয়ে আবার কোন মিটাপ করলে আমাকে আগেই যদি একটু জানান তাহলে আমি অবশ্যই যাব। আমার মনে হয় ময়নামতি এলাকায় একটা মিটাপের আয়োজন করা যেতে পারে। যেহেতু টুরিস্ট স্পট এরিয়া, এই জায়গার ছোট দোকানগুলো ঠিকমত ম্যাপে তুলে ধরতে পারলে ওদের অনেক উপকার হবে আশা করি। তবে আপনি অন্য এলাকাও সিলেক্ট করতে পারেন আমার যেতে কোন সমস্যা নাই, শুধু তারিখটা একটু আগে জানালেই হবে।। ভালো থাকবেন @Mohammadalauddin ভাই। ধন্যবাদ।
