Today I went in a virtual meetup organized by @nicspelgatti and was very nice!
He was teaching how to prepare pasta and was a tagliatelle day. I decided cook ‘together’ with him, I’m was cooking while he was cooking.
He said how to do and then I did the same.
He made with two eggs and 200grs of flour. I made just to me, so I use half of his recipe.
Below are all the steps made by me (following his words)
The best thing was that every doubts that i had, he stopped and answer, like a teacher (kind of a particular class !). He was checking my dough and saying if I was doing well or what else I needed to do.
I also learned a lot of tips!
To do the sauce, I used tomato sauce, portobello mushroom, onion, garlic, olives, salt, black pepper and vegan cheese (made of cashew nut).
An easy recipe and is fast to do. I posted on my Instagram and a friend asked about the recipe and I teached to him. ?
Thanks a lot Nicolò. Was amazing!
If you interested in read his recap, you can check here.
Take care and best wishes from Brazil,
Sarah.

Hello @SarahKa ,
Very nice recap, thanks for sharing it with us! @nicspelgatti it looks like you are a good chef and a good teacher too, bravo! Did you prepare “tagliatelle” or “fettuccine”?
If you ever decide to repeat this event, please let me know so I can try to attend as well.
For anyone else interested in hosting a virtual meet-up, whith or without pasta involved,
