We have successfully completed the meet up on 19th December,2019 and It was a part of
#AccessibleBengal - Guptipara Medicine Stores Meetup.

We hosted the meetup because there were so many people who were looking for medical drugs and they needed to buy them on an immediate basis but they didn’t know the medical stores. So during the meetup we visited medicine stores,made a list of medicine stores at Guptipara main area(Station and Barrobazar) and we checked the following things,
(1) Location of medicine stores & Check the accessibility for wheelchair users
(2) Availability of doctors at medicine stores & Check the availability of seating arrangement for special need person in the medicine store
(3) Availability of variety the Drugs
(4) Drugs at cost effect rates
(5) Availability of home delivery of medicines
(6) Availability of Oxygen cylinders at medicine stores
(7) Opening and closing time of medicine stores
(8) Is the medicine store still open at night
(9) Check the availability of magnifying glasses for the persons with low vision
We also tried to support local business (medicine shops).
