Visiting the oil zone area of Nigeria again as a local guide was one of the best experience I have had in 2018. I am grateful to Google for making the local guides program possible because in the course of contributing to the map, it helps one to know lots of places, landmarks and be able to describe lots of places one have been because of the details one have cautiously taken an effort to know and note while taking pictures, reviewing them and adding them to the map.
Exploring Rivers state, port Harcourt to be precise was fun!
One thing significant in the oil rich state I found out is petrol station. I discovered lots of petrol stations
and added many new ones to the map and many other businesses on the village road of ENEKAMy review of Zelu Oil petrol station:

Another new addition, Mega Filling station: https://goo.gl/maps/1PsSFVejhsB2
Another important place I toured was Abuloma, the Jetty Ramp of Port Harcourt but this time around I was joined by a wonderful port Harcourt local guide @BriggsPh , together, we searched and located many non existing businesses on google map, new ones too and added them to the map. The Ogoloma road was also mapped as we were mapping Abuloma Road. We ended our tour in this axis at the Abuloma Old Jetty. I made a 2minutes video of the Jetty from the entrance into the boarding area but unfortunately all efforts to add Abuloma Jetty to Google map has proved abortive, each time I add the Jetty with pictures it doesn’t get to be approved
See image @ Abuloma Old Jetty:
We couldn’t take a good selfie at the Jetty as anticipated because we were guided not to do so by the security but we went into town to map Trans Amadi and Peter Odilli road and eventually found a place to relax after the tour under the sun. We passed the popular Marker Square, I took pictures of it while @BriggsPh was driving. We got to Lesukaa Concepts, a very popular place on Peter Odilli road, seeing the troop in of people suggested it will be a good place. We had a drink and I settled for Egusi soup(Mellon soup) and Eba(Cassava flour) and I am still drooling at the home away delicacy.
