[RECAP] Douala University Photowalk MeetUp

Last Friday the 28th I took part to the Douala University Photo-Walk. This meet up was organized by @Bernalds73 the only Level 10 Local Guides in Cameroon. It was my first time to meet this great man who has contribute a lot to Google Maps in our country.

Despite that this meet-up was planned on a wrking day, I decides to take my lunch break to take part. I was quite a challenge for me to arrive there because I was supposed to arrive very late. As soon as the clock rang announcing my break, I jumped on the first motorbikes to avoid traffic jam on my way. I was saw excited to meet our super Cameroonian super start meetup who had inspired me a lot through his contribution on google maps. I was also nostalgic to revisit the University where I left more than 12 years ago.

Once at university, I started taking some pictures. Then I called @bernalds who told me that he when outside to take a refreshment after more than one and half our walking in the campus and discussing with students about Local Guides activities and Google Local Guides program. I joined him there to discuss together.

Have you ever meet a person for the first time, but feeling you know each other since a long time because you share a lot of thing together? This describe exactly how I was feeling I front of him while discussing.

We spend about an hour exchanging about Local Guides activities, Cameroon Local Guides community activities, development and improvement.

I could not missed to share this pleasant moment with you all.

Hope you enjoyed reading this post.
