[RECAP] DIBOMBARI PHOTOWALK

Hello Local Guide,

This weekend I visited #Dibombari a little town not far from Douala. It was a great opportunity to participate to @kfheart 39th donation at Emmanuel-Royal Kids Ministry orphanage at Bossedi quarter and got for @cameroon_local_guides PhotoWalk meetup.

Being the own organizing the meetup, they were a lot of pressure on me during the week before and the day the meetup took place. In fact, I was designate to lead my company weekend quick response crew. I had to take the decision either to cancel it or let another person to lead it. However, unfortunately, I could not have anyone. After evaluating time to leave my office to this little town during the weekend, I then decided to do both. What a challenge!

Joining KF Team during the donation ceremony, I started discussing with people around about local guides activities. Many people were showing the curiosity to know about the program, how it’s work and how this can help them or people around their community.

As the orphanage was not on Google Maps, we decided together to add It. Done through my profile, lucky enough this was approve few minutes later.

At the end of the ceremony, we when the village mean places and add them to the Maps.

While leaving the village, we made a stop in Petit Pays (Famous Singer from Cameroon) ranch for a visit. It’s a beautiful place with a mixture of modernity and countryside.
