Hi friends,

This is a recap of the Connect challenge conducted on 20th July 2021 as a part of the Connect Birthday celebration hosted by me with co-host @jayasimha78 and @Denise_Barlock . The Connect Challenge was organized to celebrate Connect’s Fifth Birthday.

I was so excited about the Connect Challenge because it was a special day for me also. Five years ago, on July 20, I joined this global family. The most hilarious thing is that I forgot it’s my Connect Anniversary.

We started the game with 22 local guides and all of them were super excited.

I prepared a total of 31 questions with 4 options with different points, values, and categories. Participants had 15 seconds to choose the correct answer. I was amazed at seeing how well the participants were prepared and how fast they scored points. Kashif, Salman, Falguni, and Tejal were responding very quickly.

Here I am sharing a few questions with you.

Everyone was trying their best to win the game in the Meetup. @SalmaanN was leading in the scoreboard first with the most points and @KashifMisidia and Tejal Ben was in second and third place. And then, it was the turn of the Daily Double Question in which the local guide who answered correctly gets double points.

The question was….

Who is the first connect moderator?

After answering all the questions, Salman was ranked first with the most points. While Kashif and Tejal were racing behind him.

At last, it was time for the final Jackpot question. Everyone had to wage their points as much as they want, but only up to what they have earned. If you get the answer correct, you’ll get double points, if you’re wrong, the waged points will be deducted.

And the final jackpot question was…

The quiz was tough, but the most interesting thing is that all local guides were incredibly guessing the correct answers, and in the end, @Tejal won the competition by giving the correct answer to the final jackpot.

I had a problem with internet connectivity during the meetup but I would like to thank @jayasimha78 , @Tejal, @Kunjan811 , and @RosyKohli for their help in making this meetup a success.

I am also grateful to @AdamGT and all the other fellow friends who participated and made the meetup a success.

Hi @NareshDarji

While because of the time zone difference I was just a “sleepy observer”, I really enjoyed your Connect Challenge and catching up with you, @jayasimha78 and @Denise_Barlock on the night (early Oz morning) and of course, the “noisy” contestants. I loved the questions especially the final jackpot. I new all the answers of course :wink:

@NareshDarji Congratulations on your 5 years anniversary and also continuously supporting the #StateChallenge meetups. I learnt a lot myself from the questions you have prepared for the quiz. Had a great time. I also love the enthusiasm of all attendees. Congratulations to new great gambler @Tejal ! It was lots of fun!

I totally loved the Meetup, @NareshDarji bhai. It was very interesting, informative and fun. Kudos to you and team for hosting such an amazing Meetup. And congratulations to @Tejal Mam for winning the quiz. Looking forward to joining such great Meetups in future.

Wow! @NareshDarji a great recap of the celebration meetup. Your post clearly shows that all of you enjoyed a lot.

Couldn’t join due to some personal reasons. Hopefully will join the next one.

That was such a fun night. Looking forward to more entertaining meetups like this. Even though I couldn’t answer some easy questions, the game was interesting. Thank you for preparing the quiz and conducting the meetup @NareshDarji baiyya.

Missed two most important people though @Denise_Barlock and @AnshukMitra Catch you guys next time.

Thanks for recap, it was awesome meet up, @KashifMisidia bai is one of senior LG with lots of knowledge could answer easily, but we like kids enjoying the game we all asking for clue when couldn’t answer the question.

@NareshDarji very happy to read my name on the winner list in the last question I put my all-point for the jackpot question and then I won the quiz. really it was a fun and amazing idea to increase the knowledge about our community website.

Thank you so much @NareshDarji Bhai for tagging me in your post, it was a wonderful meetup with alot of knowledge about our beloved Forum. Unfortunately I missed the last question otherwise I could win the quiz :stuck_out_tongue:
