Hey friends,

I am very much excited to present the RECAP of our grand virtual meet-up held on the 22nd of July 2023 which was attended by 58 LGs.

The meet-up link went live by 5:10 pm; LGs came in from 5:14 pm from different parts of the world. The LGs started introducing themselves at 5:32, which lasted till 5:55 pm IST.

This knowledge-sharing meet-up had three presentations & one announcement:

1. Our CM @AdamGT started the presentation of his mission “LeaderBoard” & gave a good view of how to create a new ID & login; due to the limitation of time, we decided to continue the further details in an exclusive meet-up.

The second presentation by @SholaIB was another successful session. We briefly explained what TRA Campaign is & how to join it. Of course, a few more LGs joined the TRAC, after this session.

The third presentation was about the “Digital Camera Sensors” by TravellerG; due to the shortage of time, we had to condense the session - however, the presentation was successfully completed.

The next was the announcement by our CM @NareshDarji Ji regarding the upcoming Mega Meet-up at Vadodara on Sunday the 13th of August 2023. The announcement could inspire a few more LGs to join the Mega Meet-up.

Thank you for the invitation to attend your virtual meet up and to present the process of registering for participation on the Top 100 Leaderboards @TravellerG . For me personally, it was nice to meet for the first time so many existing participants on the Top 100 Leaderboards, including @indahnuria , @Gurukrishnapriya , @ModNomad , @360bymiftah , @Ankit_Raj and @PrasadVR , as well as some who have registered but not as yet completed their registrations including @AArjunsinhJadeja , @Tejal and @Shrut19 .

Yes the allotted time was short but we covered the essential points of how to register and will leave it to your planned follow up exclusive virtual meet up to cover the bells and whistles of the system behind the leaderboards and the benefits that it offers Local Guides in terms of managing, monitoring and analyzing their Maps contributions.

Thank you again for the invitation and I sincerely apologize that for family reasons, I was I think about 30 minutes late on arriving.

Firstly, I thank you for your kind presence and participation, my dear friend @AdamGT .

Due to the unexpected number of audience (around 60 attendees), the LGs’ introduction was completed just before you arrived - so, your late arrival didn’t affect the meetup at all.

I have also sent you a Private Message, kindly go through the same, please.

I strongly believe that many LGs are not FULLY CLEAR about the Leaderboards… What they have to do & how it will benefit them; also, How it works can be explained to the next level people.

I personally think that we need to understand our audience and plan our session accordingly.

Our dear @NareshDarji is very much interested & he can be instrumental in making the successful in India.

I shall wait for your response and valuable feedback.
