[RECAP] Bandra Feast PhotoWalk Mumbai

Bandra Feast is very popular in Mumbai and across the world especially with the Indian Catholic diaspora. The feast started on 8th September & went on for a full week. During the Fair, tens of thousands visit the shrine of "Our Lady of Mount" from all over the India. Therefore we planned a meetup here to witness the regional, cultural and social gathering.

We reached at Meetup Point on time and entered the Main Church. It was my third meetup as a Host hence was an amazing experience for me.

The shrine attracts people from all faiths who pray to Mary in thanksgiving or requesting of favours. Besides the religious experience, Bandra Fair also includes the social experience of relaxing, camaraderie, alms-giving and enjoyment.

The feast was in the form of a huge fair, which comprised of huge Ferris wheels, rides and shows. There were lots of stalls which were offering varieties of sweets to the pilgrims.

We had a great photowalk meetup.
