Ever since the lockdown has ended, Delhi is opening up in phases and people are increasingly visiting various places and are in need of public toilets. In the southern part of Delhi, there are several good-quality toilets in every neighborhood.
Ten public toilets were visited and the following was checked:
- The accessibility of the main entrance.
- The availability of ramps at the entrance.
- The accessibility of the men and women sections of the toilets.
- The availability of handrails for the differently-abled.
Here are the findings of the various accessibility features in the ten toilets.
