Hi, this is Sajol again. I’m a hundred percent from Bangladesh and a proud Local Guide. This is the second part of the 150th Meet Up of Bangladesh Local Guides. If you miss my part one then see this.
[RECAP] | 150th Celebrations of Bangladesh Local Guides | Part-2
How did my day start? We running a 10K virtual race not easy at that altitude and temperature. Yes, In the very early morning I ran for 10K and starts my day. By this time other participants woke up early morning and enjoying the morning. A good breakfast always makes us ready for the day. After completing our early breakfast we took a short discussion and handed over the crest to our guest and the patron of our 150th meet-up Md. Shahidul Islam, Managing Director of NUREN AVIATION LIMITED.
Just after the closing speech and some photo shooting we took our bags for the Lalakhal, another reserve of natural beauty. At Jaflong, we enjoyed a great time and made so many memories.
Reaching the Lalakhal was an astounding experience for me. I with other local guides for a heavenly beauty reserved by mother nature. Exploring the Lalakhal in a short time is not possible but we tried to cover most of the parts. The greenery clear water was the main attraction for us.
We floated the kayak in the water, swum, sknorlilled at the water, and many more. At Lalakhal we planted three trees for our coming up generations and for the nature reservations for locals. We found a few local whos are willing to water those trees. That’s fantastic support I think.
After enjoying Lalakhal, a place of green water we again started to Sylhet.
At Sylhet, we did our lunch at Panshi Restaurant and called an end to our 150th meet-up. Before that our patron handed over a Dhaka-Sylhet-Dhaka air ticket as a raffle draw and a surprise gift to @Aminul94 . He was very happy after getting the price though this was his first meet-up with Bangladesh Local Guides. And he is visiting Dhaka coming up 31st night instant.
We truly didn’t want to finish this amazing meet-up, but can’t. We had to bring it to the endpoint. A meet-up is not only a meet-up rather then it’s a great way to form a new relationship and makes deep the old relationship. We will continue it.
Special thanks to @SShuvo , @ShovanPaul , @SunMoon , @AbdusSattar vai @zoburaz vai and mostly @MahabubMunna vai for all supports.
See you at the next meet-up. Till then stay safe.
Yours…
A proud Local Guide from Bangladesh
