What a great start it was to host my very first meet-up! I must thank my dear friend @Rohan10 for helping with the successful execution of this food crawl meetup.
Dombivli is known for its oldest outlets, which serve delicious authentic food items. Starting from Vadapav to Thalipeeth to sabudana khichdi, Maharashtrian fast food is my all-time favourite and I bet you will love it too!
As planned, we started this food crawl at 17:00 hours from Remane Upahar Gruha, near Dombivli station which was also our meeting point. We realized that the outlet was going to take some time to arrange their usual setup, so we decided to start editing maps. Starting from Remane Upahar GruhaтАЩs location, we edited multiple shop names which were wrongly translated from English to Marathi. On maps, Remane is located at a different location than it is actually at, but in spite of me trying it in the past it still shows up at the same place on maps. This time Rohan tried editing it but the edit was not successful for unknown reasons.
Few other shop names that we edited are,

Out of these, Pro heal and Sundara palace edits were immediately approved.
As the outlet opened we started our food crawl and enjoyed our very first dish of the day- Misal Pav at Remane Upahar Gruha followed by Sabudana khichdi, Thalipith, Modaks and special Chaha (Tea). My son and husband also accompanied me on this food crawl. We connected virtually with @AjitThite and @AdityaKulkarni too. My sincere thanks to them for joining us virtually and being flexible for calls as per our hopping schedule.

I personally prefer going to this outlet as it is a kid friendly place and it is a women led small business. Being a mother of a toddler it is very helpful for me to go to outlets which have space (inside and outside both) for my kid to play and take a break in between. The owners of this shop are also very friendly. Remane feels like a comfortable spot to us for our weekend visits.

Although we were already full, we also visited Deepak snack corner, a 55 year old outlet which is famous for its fast food items (Upvas food). I really enjoy having Upvas cutlet here which we tried during this meet up. We also tried Upvas thalipeeth here.

We later moved to our next destination and ate a famous food snack of all time at Thakur Vadapav and Snacks Corner. I could barely take any more food after we visited Deepak snack corner but Vadapav to Maharashtrians is not just vadapav, itтАЩs an emotion!

After we enjoyed our Vadapav (Indian Burger as they say), we started moving towards Hotel Ballaleshwar. The very first thing that I had to do was to edit the location of this outlet to its new location. We tried their well known Misal Pav. They serve different combinations of misal, the special misal is served with Gulab Jamun. We tried their Sabudana khichdi and Gavati Chaha too. Being a kid friendly outlet, this place is again my all time favorite location for misal pav and Batata Vada. The lasoon chutney they serve with vada is very delicious.

We totally enjoyed the food at each outlet we visited. We happened to miss some delicious food snacks like momos, appam, pav bhaji at famous outlets as they did not fall in this food crawl category but I look forward to organizing a separate meet up to cover many other food outlets which can bring these items to connect platforms.
My sincere thanks to Rohan again for attending and making my meet up a successful event. Also @AjitThite and Aditya Kulkarni for spending their valuable time with us virtually and sharing their experiences and suggestions with us.
