Regarding your query on perks, have you gone through this earlier post?
You would get the essential answer in that.
Please note, perks are discretionary and may not be available in every region.
Further consistent contributions over extended periods may also become an important criterion.

yes, I gone through given url, so it might be possible that my region may not eligible for perks? if this is the thing thn I might need to stop contributing because this is not fair.
