Thank you @TsekoV and @MashaPS for your prompt attention to this matter!
On my last post I did not post the complete list of fake listings this spammer has!
Please take a look at the other listings this spammer has below all with fake reviews like the other ones and fake businesses locations, not one business is legit, some listings are in apartment buildings and don’t even have phone numbers:
All of these appear to be your competitors, @OneRichard , and they are all claimed businesses. It means that they registered in Google my business, and verified their activity.
If you know they are fake places, the best option for you is to report them in the Google My Business Help Community, for them to verify and in case close their Business listing in Google Maps
In addition, I would like to inform you that this community is not for businesses. Participating in the local guide community as a business is against the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions : “Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program.”
No, these are not multiple competitors, this is one single competitor with multiple recently created fake listings, if you were to call all the numbers, you’ll realize you’re speaking to the same person answering the phone over and over for all these companies. Furthermore, if you look at the titles of the listings, he is stuffing the titles with keywords, which is also against the Google guidelines. Please take the time to really investigate what I’m saying because it’s true! They’re all fake listings most were verified using a google card by mail send to apartments, not store fronts! Yet, my only single GMB listing that I’ve had for many years was reported by him and just recently got suspended!
@OneRichard I have marked the answer of @ErmesT as the solution to your issue to help other people with a similar question in the future. As Ermes has said you must take this up with https://business.google.com/
