Khas Khas Wala Doodh
Hello Local Guide.
Beverages are referred to as drink, There are one of a kind forms of drink, Alcoholic & Non Alcoholic .
I make Non Alcoholic drinks.
I make unique Beverages in line with seasonal.
Fruits drink, Vegetable drink, Tea drink, Natural drink.
As it’s winter I make winter weather beverage which provide you sound sleep if you are sneezing & have cold you can drink this hot milk you will get relief.
Khas khas walla doodh
Ingredients.
2- Cups Milk.
2- tsp sugar / as per taste.
1- Cardamom seeds.
1/2 -tsp Poppy Seeds.
1/2- tsp Amul pure ghee.
5- Almonds crush it.
Method.
Take a pan put ghee put poppy seed, & cardamom seeds ask it crackle put milk , sugar, crush Almond boil it well on slow gas for 10 minutes .
Drink warm milk before sleeping , but don’t drink water after having milk.
Because when we drink hot & then water it not effective.
Khas khas milk drink in winter & rainy season.
Fruit Drink. /Summer Season drink .
In a glass jar of water . I put water- melon piece, oranges, lemon piece, apple piece, mint leaves at night, after 1 hour keep in fridge drink in morning if you need add ice to it.
kacchi lassi
I take glass 3/4 water put 1/4 tsp sabja seeds ( tukmaria) & 1/4 milk 1/2 tsp sugar put 1 tsp rooh afza mix well add ice cubes & drink.
Salty lassi.
Take cup curd./yogurt
add 2 glass water,
black salt as per taste,
1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder, few fresh mint leaves, 1/4 tsp black pepper. Grind in mixer your salty lassi is ready.
For summer we make khas khas sharbat. Thanks falguni for reminding me.
Amla (Indian gooseberry) sharbat. Kokum (Garcinia indica) sharbat.
Many more sharbat.

Vegetable drink
Cut 2-Carrot cubes,2- Tamato slices, 2-Cucumber slices,2- lemon slices, Coriander leaves, Mint leaves , u can add rock salt, Black pepper. put ice cubes.
Cold Tea drink
Boil black tea put sugar, allow it cool add Cumin powder, black salt, add plain consuming soda, crush mint leaves put ice cubes serve.
Natural drink.
I take mint leaves, rose petals I dry & preserve it for a year.
Take one cup boil water put lemon grass, mint leaves, ginger, rose petals, put cumin seeds, Carrom seeds ( Ajwain) put lemon juice. We add honey drink hot. Now days they call it green tea. In winter I drink hot & summer season I boil it then cool it then drink.
Herbal drink .
Weight reduce.
Take coriander leaves bunch grind it . Add lemon juice honey ( optional) to it drink before lunch & dinner regularly you reduce weight.
I take once in while because of its taste but if you drink regularly it’s very good. You will see the difference.
