With regards to your request, please make the edit yourself using the Send Feedback option in Maps. You will then need to wait for it’s turn in the review queue. There is no process to skip ahead in the queue, that would not be fair to the other editors of Maps.

You’ve linked to instructions for how a business owner can remove a business from their GMB dashboard. This can only be done by the business owner, can only be done if the place is already claimed via GMB, and doing so would still leave it on the map.
