Raw Mango Juice and Mango Chutney

We all love to eat mangoes. Especially mango juice in summer. In summer, mango juice is more or less made in almost all the houses. When you go out in the heat, your body and mind are thirsty. Many people drink different types of juice to quench their thirst in hot weather. Many people eat the banana, apple, strawberry, pineapple juice. But have you ever eaten raw mango juice? Raw mango juice will add life to the heat. You can make mango juice at home without eating unhealthy drinks outside.

Ingredient required:

  1. 4 raw mangoes
  2. 8 cups of water
  3. Sugar as you need
  4. Salt as you need
  5. 1 teaspoon of mustard powder
  6. Half a teaspoon of raw chilli paste

Preparation:

At first peel the mangoes then cut these into pieces then blend all the ingredients together in a blender and serve with ice cubes.

Mango Chutney:

Mix sliced mangoes with Kasundi (Mustard sauce). You can also add chilli powder and salt then mix it together. It’s mouth-watering :grinning:

Although many people like mango chutney, I don’t eat much of it. However, I like raw mango juice and ripe mango very much.

@SabbirShawon Thanks so much for sharing with us a nice recipe.

Thank you for tagging me, @Austinelewex . I think I would surely missed this post without it, as I can’t read a lot now.

@SabbirShawon Water, sugarâ€Ļ I can agree, butâ€Ļ saltâ€Ļ mustard powderâ€Ļraw chilli pasteâ€Ļ In juice? In sweet juice? or not sweet?

Anyway we haven’t such amount of mangoes to make a juice and sometimes I wouldn’t mind to add salt and chilli and who knows what else to the mango from our shops to throw them away calmly, as they are rarely tasty .

But to spoil the tasty sweet fruits in such wayâ€ĻI can’t imagine it :flushed: .
