My ratings haven’t updated for 2 months now.
Does anyone know what it could be and how to fix this problem?

I mean ratings indeed!
Every time I update and give a star rating and a review for the place. It just appears to me. And it is not public, it is visible to everyone.

I had a proper look and check on your profile now,and no wonder your reviews goes private. The AI has detected lots of violations on your reviews. Therefore the automatic filters takes care of them. Therefore,may I kindly advise you to please sanitise your profile or risk to be suspended or totally banned from the local guides program.

A review to Vila Paulistania I’m not sure wherever it was copied from,but it was pasted twice in the same review I wonder is that to make it more and earn 21 points???
These is just to mention a few. When writing a review we are writing a proper personal opinion or impression of our visit to the place. These are a violations already so re-write them or consider deleting them. Thank you.
Photographs
In looking over your profile I saw some photos added at least 5 times each. Some of them not showing or giving any proper information to maps users.
A photo should be uploaded once to a POI. They should also be giving a particular information to maps users.
My candid advise again my dear friend is you can fix your own problems by sanitising your profile or you might run into trouble with the engineering team soon.
