Hi @VipulTej what do you mean by “ratings”? If you want to know more about points and how are added to your contributor profile, please, have a look to this table
6 points for each review
1 point for each rating
5 additional points for review of more than 200 chars
5 point for each photo
7 point for each video (actually only from Android)
5 point for each place edit
15 points for each place add
1 point for each checked fact
3 points for each question answered
