So, as you may know, here in Mexico we have a great range of dishes, including of course some taken from others countries.
For example, Ramen, a japanese dish that it is very popular here.
Here in Mexico City, there are a lot of sushi & ramen restaurantes like “Teikit”, so it is easy to find ramen.
They cook it with beef, chicken, or like shows my image, shrimps.
Obviously we add some chilli and local spices.
I hope some day visit Japan and find the real taste of ramen!!
