If I am not mistaken, usually ramen restaurants to tend to fill up quickly with guests as you have mentioned, and as a nice gesture to finish the dish as quick as possible so that the next customers may have free seats, am I correct?
It is really engaging to learn more about ramen culture, as we can also check from your previous post【Michelin Ramen】Bigiya in Iwata / びぎ屋 磐田店 【ミシュラン ラーメン】!
All the three dishes are really appetizing, as do they come in as a combo/set, am I on the right direction?
