【Ramen】Hamadayama in Hamamatu / 浜田山 浜松

This is my lunch today.

I’ve heard about it from a friend of mine, and it’s been well received in the ramen information magazine, and when I actually came, the customers lined up in a row. It was
The shopkeeper and the female staff were working together.
I also saw the food being cooked, but I used to cook a lot of orders with good movement of seasonings and utensils.
I felt the strength of the owner’s commitment.

I came to the store about three months after that. After all seafood pork bone soup is too good.
I like char siu and menma.

おいしそうなラーメンですね。トンコツながらもこってりしすぎない魚介トンコツは私も非常に好きなラーメンの一つです。
