Ramen and back again
I don’t view myself as a ramen expert nor a food blogger. I’m just your regular ramen consumer constrained by the accessibility of the restaurant, budget and the occasional travels abroad. I love sharing on google maps and being a local guide for google because i believe it is the most honest to goodness reviews AND location map. The platform is simple and effective and that’s what makes my experience reviewing most enjoyable.
For me, ramen is more than just a bowl of noodles and broth. It’s ironic that such a simple looking dish can disguise the complexity of its flavour. The amount of preparation that goes into this humble looking meal is what puts a smile on my face whenever i take that first sip. Truly the very first ramen chefs must be proud of how ramen has evolved over time by introducing new ingredients to adapt to local tastes and how innovation has produced new flavors.
