Ramadan / ramadhan Mubarak for Local Guides from all arround the world . We doing Fasting during Ramadan . Because in Indonesia majority is Muslims including me ,so this year Ramadhan very special because quarantine and pandemic issue covid-19 . Yes that’s true almost all vendor or seller all about food closed during the day and start opening in the afternoon or evening till midnight or dawn time
Iftar togetherness

Iftar Is very rare moment meeting or reuni with special person for example day 1 with alumni your elementary school , day 2 with boss in your office ,day 3 with co-workers, day 4 with alumni high school friends etc . Remember tips you should booking restaurant before because all people iftar together also and usually restaurant full .
Funny story , may you can meet with ex boy/girl friend in your high school love story and repeat the fallling love again ha ha ha
Ngabuburit
Ngabubirit is meaning spending time especially from afternoon to iftar time , mostly people hunting food for iftar or hangouts with friends walking in the shopping mall , or enjoying time at the park , remember don’t kill the time with eating the snack LOL
Ta’jil

Ta’jil like is snack or maybe appetizers iftar , you can get free at the mosque usually or much of kindhearted person sharing ta’jil on the street in sunset time ( time for iftar ) the taste mostly sweet like your smile . date(kurma) , sweet pudding, syrup you can get as ta’jil

Yes as a local guides I love reading post by other local guides ,and one my favorite topic about food and drink . So during the ramadhan avoid connect forum because looking delicious food and drink from other all arround the world is the biggest challenge and temptation my fasting ramadhan .
