Rajasthan, A Royal State

As a local guide i want to tell you about my Rajasthan.

Rajasthan is one of the most visited state in india,it is not surprising because it shows India at its most colorful, iconic and exotic best.

Most of the things that comes to the mind when you found in Rajasthan is - palaces, forts, temples, rivers, deserts, camels, lakes, traditional and folk dances and festivals etc.

Most popular and famous palaces and forts of Rajasthan are Amber palace jaipur, Hawamahal jaipur, city palace jaipur, jaisalmer fort, mehrangarh fort jodhpur, taragarh fort ajmer, junagarh fort bikaner, chittor fort chittorgarh and khimsar fort nagaur.

Most popular lakes of Rajasthan are pushkar lake ajmer, pichhola lake udaipur, fatehsagar lake udaipur, jaisamand lake udaipur, mansagar lake jaipur, anasagar lake ajmer, gadsisar lake jaisalmer, nakki lake mount abu and balsamand lake jodhpur.

Most popular temples of Rajasthan are brahma temple of pushkar, keladevi temple karouli, shrinath temple nathdvara, tanout rai temple jaisalmer, dilwada jain temple at dilwada, salasar balaji temple churu, butati dham nagaur(famous for the treatment of paralysis) and baba ramdev temple runicha.

Famous traditional folk dance of Rajasthan is ghoomer, kathputli and kalbelia.

The makrana marble of makrana nagaur is the world’s famous white marble from which the one of the seven wonders of the world ‘Taj Mahal’ was made.

The famous recipe’s of Rajasthan is ker-sangri, dal-bati churma and kheer malpua.

So this is my Rajasthan and for the guests we always say ‘PADHARO MHARE DESH’ means always comes to my Rajasthan.
