I want to add a railway line in my country, but I don’t know how.

Hello @Abdou , Local guides can’t add railway lines or tracks through edits. It is done by the authorized agency responsible.

Map users can’t add Railway network on Google maps.

Google Maps receives the transport layer updates through the content partners.
