Saigon is famous for coffee culture. Nestled in a small street of Saigon, the aroma of coffee makes the people stop walking. One of the traditional ways for make coffee is still kept by the locals is racquet coffee, we use cloth rackets to make coffee. Put a certain amount of pureed coffee in the racket to get into the kettle, stir well, cover it warm for about 5-10 minutes to get a delicious batch of coffee.
