Quri Qaleh Cave

Quri Qaleh Cave is one of the largest caves in the Middle East, which has found about three kilometers of it. According to the cave guide, the cave is about 65 million years old. This cave is 100 km from the city of Kermanshah and is one of the tourist attractions of my city. The temperature is the same in all seasons, cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

About one and a half kilometers from the cave are visible and unfortunately, people have destroyed parts of the cave, this cave is full of stalactites and stalagmites and is very beautiful.

Looks stunning @Rezgar . Thanks for sharing. Are there organised tours here, or do people just find it on their own? Seems like a really majestic place.

Hello @Rezgar ,

Thank you for sharing these stunning photos with us, the cave looks amazing!

Are there any guided tours done in this region? Is there a ticket that you have to buy in order to visit the cave or it is open to the public for free?

In Bulgaria, such caves are preserved and they even make laser shows inside, telling stories about the forms of the stalactites, stalagmites and the stalagnates.

You’re welcome, dear @BorrisS
The tour guide is not there, only one person is present as a guide to the cave.
The price of the visit to the cave is 150,000 Rials.

Hi dear @JustineE
Both modes exist, both people personally visit and have different tours.
