Quick Access to Locations added to a List

Hi @channel of Local Guides,

My name is Maurizio Acquavella, and I have been collaborating with Google Maps and the community for over 10 years. It’s been exciting to see both the community and its impact grow with relevant content.

I’m looking for local guides to support me in enhancing the “Lists” feature. This feature adds significant value by allowing us to create segments for specific audiences. However, there’s a limitation that affects its seamless use. Currently, when a contributor adds a location to a list, everyone receives a push notification. However, clicking on this notification opens the entire list instead of the specific location (problem). This gap requires users to memorize the location name from the notification, which is inconvenient (weak solution).

Addressing this issue would greatly benefit all types of Google Maps users by improving the functionality and collaboration of the Lists feature.
