Now a days I saw in Google maps some place have questions and answers option and some place have not. If anyone have any question about any place how can they ask? I check it on my android device.

You can’t post a question is that option is not available for a particular POI.
You have to rely on either the website or the phone number of the place to get further information.

We’re happy to share that reviews and photos are being published on Google Maps for all countries. Additionally, the ability to ask and answer questions has been enabled for many businesses and we expect it to expand over the coming weeks.
