If you prefer Czech cuisine try some Ambiente Restaurants like Lokal or Kuchyň http://www.ambi.cz/cz/

I personally like Na kopci which has high standard but is affordable.

But there`s a lot of international cuisines as well.

Try to check them in advance because they can be full.
