How do I verify edits? I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. I answer questions. I have 5/25 right now. I have made edits to places and answered any questions from places or yes or no questions
Thanks for asking.
Please see my answer here:
Cheers

I did what you said and verified 10 facts and it still hasn’t gave me anything. I did it yesterday
It would be very helpful if you would use the tagging tool when replying to someone here on Connect. Type @ followed by the username. Type slowly. Then we get an e-mail notification and you are more likely to get a prompt reply. Just hitting Reply does not ensure we get notified by email.
Several other local guides have reported that checked facts get counted as answers.

@MortenCopenhagen I am confused. So does it just take awhile or is there only certain ways I can get it completely verified?
Sorry for not being clear on this.
There is a known problem with verify facts. Some Local Guides are unable to find any facts to check, and sometimes checked facts get counted as answers, so it might not be possible to get the fact finder badge even if you wait for a long time for the update of the badge statistics. I believe the programmers are working on this.
All the best

@MortenCopenhagen Haven’t they been working on this for a year now lol?
Alright thank you so much I thought it was just me lol
@MortenCopenhagen @Copelin Exactly!!!
@MortenCopenhagen Thoughts on this?
I’m as impatient as others in this thread.
May I suggest that you rename your threads here on Connect so they reflect the content. This will help others find them. “Question” is too generic.

@MortenCopenhagen Ok. Is there a way I can contact Google for these problems or give them feedback? Thank you!!!
You can send feedback in the App. And you can tag a Google moderator but trust me you will get the same answer.
All the best
Morten
@MortenCopenhagen Thank you!!! Does getting a badge give you points or not?
Kindly start a new thread when asking a new and unrelated question.
As I already suggested, please make the heading reflect your question. This allow others to find answers to their questions.
Cheers
Morten
@MortenCopenhagen It’s easy to just reply also to anything. Saves time
