I currently use a Canon 70D but if you have a decent phone you can also get some fantastic content. What country are you in? In South Africa where I am the Canon range of cropped sensor cameras have decent pricing and Nikon is also recognised as a good contributor for quality footage.
Phone wise I shoot with my Huawei P20 and love the features available. It’s almost as professional as a DSLR, in fact sometimes its capabilities exceed that of a DSLR.

@user_not_found good question… I use my phone, which is not the best one though (Moto G) but I enhance my pictures using this free App: snapseed (it´s pretty cool)

Hello, you can use any high dif camera, you will get good results.
Either if you have a good mobile phone you can use it too and remember you will need a tripod as a stabilizer.

@user_not_found if you use with steady, I guess, a mid range to high range Mobile Devices is also a good options as its a light and longer battery life too with a big screen.
